Limited Production

Watches featuring Cloisonné Enamel Dials are part of limited production runs. Priority in processing orders will be accorded to existing customers.

Order Process

If Your Product Desired is in Stock:

  1. Upon confirmation of availability, full prepayment is required.
  2. After receipt of payment, your watch will undergo assembly, regulation, testing, and shipment within 14 days.
  3. Orders not fully paid within three days will be cancelled.

If Your Product Desired is Not in Stock:

We will contact you regarding the estimated production schedule and deposit requirements.

Shipping and Taxes

  • Shipping and insurance fee will be added to all orders.
  • Customers must pay 10% VAT (if invoice is required).

Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

  • Refunds are only available within three days after receipt of payment.
  • No refunds will be provided after this period.

Order Cancellation

Orders not fully settled within three days are subject to cancellation.
