  • For international customers, the fee will be communicated precisely by our customer service staff via email. Our international shipping partners include UPS and FEDEX.

Returns

1. Delivery that is not new, intact, incompatible or missing

We encourage customers to check the status of packages and products before payment to ensure that the goods delivered are of the right category, quantity, color according to the order, and that the external condition is not affected. If this is not the case, please immediately inform us for a timely solution. In case the customer has received the goods and then found that the goods are no longer new, intact, incompatible, or lacking, please take a photo of the product and send it to us for support.

2. Faulty delivery

When you have a problem with our purchased product, please check the integrity of the product, take a photo of the defective product, and then contact us for assistance.

3. Refund methods

Depending on the reason for the return of the product, we will have the following options:

  • Exchange for new products of the same type.
  • Transfer via bank according to your provided information.
  • Especially for orders with international credit card payments, we will refund to the cardholder’s payment account.
  • Cash refund directly at the office.
