Warranty & Services
The MarkLE watch is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty encompasses material and manufacturing defects. During this warranty period, you are entitled to have any defect repaired at no cost. If approved, we will arrange for the pickup of your watch for repair, covering the shipping costs both ways. However, please note that this manufacturer’s warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear, or aging
- Damage resulting from abnormal use, negligence, impacts, dents, or broken crystal
- Incorrect use of the watch
If your watch is still within the warranty period, kindly send an email to info@markle.com to initiate your warranty claim.
For servicing your watch:
Every MarkLE timepiece is meticulously crafted to the highest standards of quality, ensuring that any certified watchmaker can service or repair it proficiently. If you opt to send your watch back to MarkLE for servicing, please contact us at info@markle.com. Upon receipt of your watch, we will provide a service quote.
If during the warranty period you encounter any issues that are covered by your warranty, simply visit a local authorized dealer and they will be able to assist you. Please remember to bring your warranty card with you for an inspection of your timepiece to take place. If you are unable to locate a nearby authorized dealer, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to help you.
Is the warranty covered worldwide?
Yes, all new watches will feature an international manufacturer’s warranty, valid for at least 2 years. This will enable you to receive assistance regardless of your country of residence.
